Return and Cancellation Policy
Effective for Winnadream LTD:
1. No Returns or Cancellations
Due to the nature of prize competitions, Winnadream LTD maintains a strict no-return and no-refund policy. Once an entry is submitted and payment is completed, the transaction is final and cannot be reversed, cancelled, or refunded under any circumstances.
2. Defective or Damaged Items

3. Incorrect or Incomplete Orders

4. Shipping Responsibility does not cover the costs associated with returning items, or for shipping replacements or repairs. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all returned products are securely packaged and insured to avoid any damage during shipping.
5. Refund Timeline
If a refund is granted, it will be issued within 14 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
