Entry

This skill-based competition is organized by WINNADREAM LTD, whose contact details are available on our website. Participants must be 18 years of age or older. Shareholders, directors, or employees of WINNADREAM LTD, as well as their immediate families and anyone professionally connected with the contest, are not allowed to participate. It is the responsibility of participants to ensure the accuracy of their contact details. To enter, participants must choose the number of tickets, correctly answer a general knowledge question, and complete payment. Entries are only validated upon receipt and confirmation of payment by us. We disclaim any responsibility for incomplete, delayed, damaged, or unreceived entries, regardless of the cause. Only one answer may be selected per order, and that answer will apply to all tickets within the order. Compliance with these terms and any additional requirements listed on our website is mandatory. We reserve the right to disqualify entries that do not meet these criteria, at our sole discretion. Any cancellation or chargeback of payments will result in cancellation of the entries.

Prize

Winners will be randomly selected from all correct entries within 14 days after the contest end date. The winner will be notified by email at the provided email address, and the prize(s) will be shipped to the postal address provided. Otherwise, the winner will be informed of any changes. If we are unable to establish contact with the winner or delivery fails despite all reasonable efforts, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to another participant. The prizes are listed on our website, but WINNADREAM LTD reserves the right to replace them with a prize of equivalent value. No cash alternatives will be offered. Delivery times are not guaranteed, and it is the winner’s responsibility to contact us if the prize is not received within a reasonable timeframe. Winners residing outside the United Kingdom are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties, VAT, and shipping fees. Prizes are provided “as is” without any guarantee of quality or fitness for purpose.

Winners

In the event of a win, WINNADREAM LTD will require verification of the winner’s identity, age, and ownership of the payment card used to purchase the tickets. If the card does not legally belong to the winner, proof of authorization must be provided before the prize is awarded. This verification must be completed within five days of notification. Winners will be informed of their prize and must confirm their acceptance and selection in writing within five days of receiving the notification. The delivery address and arrangements must be confirmed by the winner within seven days of prize confirmation. Failure to comply with these deadlines may result in the loss of the prize and selection of a new winner. Winners may be invited to participate in promotional activities, such as providing photos or videos, which WINNADREAM LTD may use for marketing and public relations purposes across various media channels. Winners agree to this use but may withdraw their consent in writing prior to publication. All materials will become the property of WINNADREAM LTD. Participants from certain restricted countries, including Cuba, Iran, Venezuela, Crimea, North Korea, Myanmar, Belarus, and Mali, are not eligible. Any entry from these regions will be canceled and refunded.

Liability

We do not limit our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, fraud, or deliberate misrepresentation. We disclaim liability for loss in the absence of a breach of legal duty, when the loss was not reasonably foreseeable, was caused by the participant, or relates to the participant’s own business activity. Participants are responsible for any foreseeable damages we may suffer due to their breach of these terms or improper use of our service.

General

Our decisions regarding this contest are final. Winners will be drawn using a third-party random number generator, and draw certificates can be provided upon request. The contest will end on the date specified on our website or once all tickets are sold. However, WINNADREAM LTD reserves the right to bring forward or delay the announced draw date without justification, provided all participants are informed in advance. WINNADREAM LTD also reserves the right to cancel the draw entirely without justification. In such cases, all participants will receive a full refund of the ticket purchase amount, free of charge. The consumer’s right of withdrawal does not apply, as this is a contract for leisure activities scheduled on a specific date. Notifications under these terms will be sent by email to the last address provided by the participant. If any part of these terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. These terms are governed by English law, and any disputes will be settled by the British courts.
